• Confirmed hotel booking / tour voucher covering entire stay

• City-wise stay details mandatory

Travel Insurance

• Minimum coverage €30,000

• Valid for all Schengen countries

• Covers full travel duration

 Financial Proof

• Last 6 months bank statements

  • Original / stamped

  • Sufficient balance

• ITR – last 2–3 years

• Salary slips – last 3 months (if employed)

Employment / Occupation Proof

If Employed:

• Leave approval letter

• Company NOC

• Appointment / HR letter

If Self-Employed / Business:

• Business registration / GST

• Company bank statement

• ITR

If Student:

• Bonafide letter from institution

• Student ID

• Sponsor letter + sponsor bank statement

Personal Documents

• Aadhaar card / Address proof

• Marriage certificate (if married)

• Birth certificate (for minors)

Covering Letter

• Detailed cover letter mentioning:

  • Purpose of visit

  • Travel dates
