Arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, meet and greet by our representative. Transfer to hotel in downtown Hanoi for luggage drop-off. (Note: Check-in time 14:00. Early check-in/breakfast upon request with surcharge) 13:30 – Start your city tour: Visit Hanoi Opera House in the French Quarter. Explore St. Joseph’s Cathedral (1886), a Gothic Revival church often compared to Notre Dame Paris. Visit the historic Temple of Literature (Vietnam’s first university, 1070). Stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake, The Huc Bridge, and Ngoc Son Temple. Suggested evening activities: Enjoy local beer at Ta Hien Street (famous for nightlife). Explore Hanoi Old Quarter pubs, live music, or shopping. Overnight stay in Hanoi. | |

Breakfast at hotel. Drive (~2 hrs) through scenic countryside to Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital under the Dinh & Le Dynasties (968–1009 AD). Visit Dinh & Le Temples, palaces, pagodas, and ancient pavilions. Afternoon: Enjoy a 2-hour sampan boat ride in Tam Coc – often called “Halong Bay on land”. Visit Bich Dong Pagoda on a limestone mountain – a filming location of the French movie Indochine. Return to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Overnight stay in Hanoi. | |

08:00 – Pick up from hotel, transfer (~3.5 hrs) through the Red River Delta countryside to Halong City. Board cruise at noon, enjoy a fresh seafood lunch (vegetarian available). Sail through spectacular limestone karsts & islets: Fighting Cocks, Duck, Finger, Incense Burner, Stone Dogs. Visit Ba Hang Floating Village on a rowing boat. Explore the magnificent Thien Cung Cave (Heaven Palace Grotto) with stalactites and stalagmites. Continue cruising before returning to Tuan Chau Marina. Transfer back to Hanoi, arrival in the evening. Overnight stay in Hanoi. | |
